Can Hormone Therapy Lead to Nephritic Syndrome Recur

Nephritic syndrome is a kind of clinical syndrome with a high recurrence rate. In recent years clinical studies indicated that hormone therapy become one of causes resulting in its relapse. Some patients may wonder how could this be, now let me explain the reason.

The hormone therapy can prevent excessive deposition of immune complex by restraining the patients immunity, even reducing the confrontation between antigens and antibodies to decrease the proliferation of immune complex, then keep the balance of internal environment. In this way, the kidney tissue can restore filtration function to absorb the escaping protein and red blood cell, thus the balance of constitution parameter can be achieved relatively.
However, the therapy can not repair the damaged kidney tissue effectively, once the patient present with a cold or take medicine in a improper way, the the relative balance of the body due to hormone will be disrupted, antigen and antibody against again, a large number of immune complex which beyond the ability of renal excretion will turn up, besides, the disorders will affect the stabilization of protein and blood red cells. Hormone therapy not only cannot help the patients get rid of nephritic syndrome, but will lead to patients depend on the hormone in order to live over time.

So the main reason of nephritic syndrome recur due to hormone is that the damaged kidney tissue have not been repaired effectively, the inflammatory factor have not been killed completely.
